If you are running a different firmware — Emuflight for whoops, INAV for GPS wings, or Ardupilot for fixed-wing and heavy-lift platforms — you will need their respective ground-station tools instead. Betaflight-Configurator is firmware-specific; it will refuse the connection handshake if the board is flashed with something else.
